Calendar tab: day, week and month

Mac

There are 3 different ways to view your calendar in Task Office: Day, Week and Month. To switch between calendar views, use segment controller:

Day Calendar view

Week Calendar view

Month Calendar view


To switch between days, weeks or months use "Today" button and the Calendar will be switched to the current day, week or month. And by clicking the arrow buttons the calendar will be switched to the previous and the following day, week or month accordingly.

If there are more planned tasks, that can be shown for one day the system shows a signature with quantity of tasks left. For example, "4 more", "1 more" and etc.

To view all tasks planned for this day you need to click/double tap on cell. The System will switch to Day Calendar.


iOS

There are 3 different ways to view your calendar in Task Office: Day, Week and Month.


iPad By default, Calendar is opened on Day calendar on iPad. To move between calendars on iPad use segment controller.

iPhone

By default, Calendar is opened on Month calendar on iPhone. To move to Week Calendar simply rotate iPhone to Landscape mode.

And to move to Day calendar double tap the day date.

On both iOS devices to move between weeks scroll left/right on time scale and to go back to current week tap button. To go to current date use "Today" button and the Calendar will be switched to the current day, week or month.

Task Info window appears after tapping on some Task.

If in Month Calendar there are more than 3 tasks for one day the system shows a signature with quantity of tasks left.

To view all tasks planned for this day you need to double tap on cell. The System will transfer you to Day Calendar.

In Calendar Tab, as well as in Home Tab (see Home Page) you can Tap and Hold to add new task and Drag and Drop to edit existing.
